All notifyable works will be registered with Gwynedd Council building control through our scheme provider with regards to work being conducted in residential premises.

All of our work is fully certified and you will receive the necessary documentation once works have been completed. This should be retained for future reference.

Commencement of work will be subject to an inspection of the existing installation due to the additional safety regulations now in place. You will receive a full/part  installation report (dependant on works to be completed) with recommended courses of action prior to actual installation work starting. Certain work will require a periodic report prior to commencement, however this will be discounted against ordered work.
